At The Ledgerly Group LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality bookkeeping and financial services to all our clients. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Service Satisfaction

We strive to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery to discuss your concerns.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Cancelled Services: If a scheduled service or session is canceled by the client with at least 48 hours’ notice, a partial or full refund may apply for pre-paid sessions.

  • Unsatisfactory Services: If services were provided but did not meet agreed-upon expectations, we will review the case individually and may issue a partial refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed services that met the agreed-upon scope.

  • Customized plans or materials that have already been delivered.

  • Services canceled less than 48 hours in advance.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 30 business days of approval.
