1. Service Satisfaction
We strive to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery to discuss your concerns.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Cancelled Services: If a scheduled service or session is canceled by the client with at least 48 hours’ notice, a partial or full refund may apply for pre-paid sessions.

Unsatisfactory Services: If services were provided but did not meet agreed-upon expectations, we will review the case individually and may issue a partial refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:

Completed services that met the agreed-upon scope.

Customized plans or materials that have already been delivered.

Services canceled less than 48 hours in advance.
